“I am the meetings and events coordinator at the blueberry council. I was connected with Ariana through an event planner and boy am I glad about that!

Ariana is a unicorn. She works hard. She is personable, professional and downright incredible!

She goes above and beyond for every project that she does. She delivered a spreadsheet that blew our team's minds!

We needed some customer service support for a virtual event recently, and Ariana made our team look like we really had it together!

She works well with other team members, catches on quickly and knows how to be just the perfect amount of support.

She pays attention to detail, is patient, persistent and is a joy to work with.

We consider it an honor to get to work with Ariana and hope to work with her for as long as she will keep answering our emails and taking on our asks.

Her reports are amazing, her work is top-notch and everything she puts her hands to seems to turn to gold!”

MANDY BOARMAN, MEETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR, NORTH AMERICAN BLUEBERRY COUNCIL

Having worked with Ari for the past 2 years, it is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on her behalf. During our time as colleagues I have been impressed with her worth ethic, problem solving, and perseverance.

She consistently produces outstanding work that increases productivity and more importantly, she does so with a positive attitude that helps her contribute to a supportive work culture.

Ari and I currently work on an events team and let me tell you - events are hard. You work long hours, must track minute details, are responsible for ideation, planning, and execution, and are held accountable to attendees, the organization, and outside stakeholders including sponsors. I have watched Ari manage many aspects of our events with poise and determination.

I can whole heartedly say I do not think I have met anyone who can match Ari’s work ethic.

She has been presented with challenging tasks including complex data analytic projects and persevered through to produce reports that help our team analyze success.

She constantly implements new processes, procedures, and tools that help us to work more efficiently and collaboratively.

Ari is everyone’s “go to” gal because they know she will a) know how to do it; whatever “it” is and b) she will make sure it gets done on time and in the most efficient way possible.

In every project she is a part of, Ari shows leadership and ingenuity and even those who supervise her look to her for best practices and opinions on what should be done and the best way to do it.

More important than what she does, is how she does it – with a smile and a never ending energy that infects those around her.

Not only does she manage event projects, but she manages our office too. Even with the stress of her event role, she keeps our office running smoothly and her initiatives are single handedly responsible for the supportive and fun office culture we have developed.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ari for any position she applies for.

Your office would be lucky to have her. Please feel free to call anytime if you would like to discuss further.

As Ari Berry’s teammate…from May 2018 to February 2019, I admired her creative approach to her work, her willingness to do whatever is needed to support the team, and her dedication to building an inclusive and welcoming office environment for all who work there.

From organizing morale events to walking around and checking in on people, Ari was often a source of support when we needed her! With her position touching so many departments, she was often able to provide unique and creative solutions to challenges we were facing.

Ari injected a sense of fun into the work she did – even her standard office announcement emails were engaging enough to make me want to read every word, and those emails usually never get read!

I worked closely with Ari…specifically in the areas of assessment and event logistics. Analyzing over 2,000 post-conference feedback surveys was an overwhelming task, and Ari was able to make the process manageable through her knowledge of excel and ability to structure the data in a way that made it easier to analyze. I also worked with Ari in planning…a new event for the organization with limited guidance… and Ari was able to take that guidance and coordinate some difficult logistics long-distance, including organizing transportation for 200 attendees to an offsite event, and finding local elementary students to perform music at a formal reception.

I fully recommend Ari…She is hard working, creative, and I am convinced of her ability to undertake even the most complex of tasks.

“Ariana far exceeded our expectations… She was brought into the role with, admittedly, little direction or formal training and was able to hit the ground running with every task thrown her way.

She has enough drive and initiative that I'm confident she would flourish in any role.”

“Ariana Berry was employed with Cornerstone Administrative Services from January 19th, 2015 through June 26th, 2015. During this time she quickly and efficiently trained for her new position as a customer service agent for our inbound call center. She was punctual, positive, and flexible with high call volume as well as lower volume days. Due to the nature of our company, we are unable to offer work during the summer months, however we would consider ourselves lucky to continue a working relationship with Ariana as she is a wonderful addition to our staff.”

“[Ariana] Berry was very quick to learn the scheduling process in a short period of time. Her attention to detail and willingness to learn was evident daily as she built her weekly schedules to perfection. [Ariana] Berry is an asset to the Wing and our scheduling office who reflects great professionalism and military bearing and…is a model airman for others to follow.”

“[Ariana] produces high quality work and pays close attention to details. While assigned to the console, I’ve worked with her on many occasions, while assigned as MCOIC Console Operations. She showed maturity, honesty, work ethic, and integrity above that of her peers that garnered her Director of Staff Amn of the Qtr, 1st quarter 2005.”
